Fees and Insurance

• It is important for both therapist and client to feel like we are a good fit. To help us assess, I offer a free 15 minute consultation for new clients. 
• Insurances accepted: Aetna, Regence of WA, Carelon Behavioral Health and Quest Behavioral Health

• Private Pay: $140 per 50 minute session with some options for sliding scale fees; 

• On request, I provide a receipt for services (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network (ONN) reimbursement.

Appointments and Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is require in order to avoid being charged the full session fee. You are responsible to pay for your session in full if a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours in advance. Exceptions may be made for emergencies and/or illness.
